I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I have received salary break up from a prod base cmpy. Once I acknowledge to it, they will release the offer. Actually they are in impression that I was an immediate joiner, but today on HR call , I have convinced the HR that I can join within 30-45 days and she agreed on it. So my question here is - what strong or valid reason I can put in front of my current organization so that they can release me within 45 days. So far no dependency on me as joined a new proj and KT is going on.
