HR professional in my company contacted me about updating my talent profile and being considered highly regarded. Now I am not sure what to update or change about my profile. I added some past work experiences I have had which I don’t typically include because it’s not relevant to my current career (I.e. military experience) I am not sure what else to update.. any advice?

No they did not and to be fair I didn’t ask. I am not really good with these things (asking questions) unless it relates to a job task.

You definitely need to ask questions. This sounds like they want to use you for a pitch or something. Great if you want to be used or if it helps you get more opportunities, not great if it only benefits them. You're not a flower pot to be moved around, and if they want something, they should put in some investment in supporting you

Ask for some clarity - what are some things they’d like to see added, what do they feel it’s missing, is there an example of someone else’s profile they feel is really strong, etc. It’s okay to ask, frane it as wanting to deliver exactly what they’re asking for or have in mind!

I think I need to give up on finding a natural deodorant that actually works.

I’ve tried Native, Dove 0%, Kopari, Toms, Crystal, Secret Aluminum Free. Curie gave me a horrible reaction because of my sensitivity to baking soda.

Anyone else struggle to switch to natural? Find anything that finally worked?

Hello Everyone,

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.

I'm a depressed 32 yrs old single with 8 YOE. Last drawn CTC was 5 LPA even after switching 5 companies.
When I see Ppl with 18LPA or 23LPA with 4 or 5 YOR, I really feel my gut wrench with sadness wishing I had that CTC.
I need to put up things right to rebuild my life all over again. What do I do?
