I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.
