I am a fresh graduate, currently hunting for a job. It has been 3 months since my graduation, and I am very worried about my future career now since there has been no interview or any reaction from all the companies I applied to. I keep applying for jobs that are related to my field of study, but I don't know when this will end. I'm just a 23-year-old young man trying to enter this new phase of life. I just wish for one job that can be a my good start to gains experience and skills. Any advice?

Biz owners/entrepreneurs: Any tips on how to answer questions where the interviewer would want to know why I’d want to work for a company if I have my own. I’d want to reassure them that I have no intentions of leaving their company for mine or that there wouldn’t be competing priorities between us. I have a small photography biz. Working as a Senior Accountant at Vanguard with my CPA; 3 YOE, Greater Philadelphia area. Took this job to give accounting one more try and while I don’t regret it I’m bored. Anything in finance more challenging/less box-checking? People have recommended public but I’m not interested in audit/tax or travel.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
