I am a Manager and My director is constantly forcing me to work on Firm Initiatives irrespective of my Client work. I am fully occupied with my client deliverables and worked 12 hours a day in the project to meet client deadlines for a year almost. I have 83% client utilization for the PY25 (Goal is 85%) and delivered the project on time with utmost quality with zero escalations. During CRT, he says he is not happy with my performance as I declined couple of FI initived due to bandwidth issues.

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

Had my 1:1 with my People Lead yesterday to prepare for talent discussions. Said I had a great year - but need to work on being consistent. She said when I’m engaged it’s great but need to keep it going. I’ve mentioned my ADHD previously but I’m sure she doesn’t know all the components of what that means. I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.
