I am a PO/ PM, and I have been applying for PM roles for sometime now. Not doing both again and I think I want a PM role now. Lack deep budget experience.
I have not received a single call back. How did you find your current PM role?
Should do something more than just identifying roles on LinkedIn, making appropriate resume changes before submitting, connecting with recruiters, etc.
I am hitting a wall here. The "one" thing the PM has to do is identify the problem. I do not know what it is!!

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. Did anybody else make a similar career switch? Any advice for switching to product is welcome. Thanks!
