If client interview is not done then be careful. Due to low demand already lots of people are on bench. But considering you will get home location its good for you. Cons are slow management, peanuts in yearly hike, no transparency with employees.

Its actually other way round, most of the time client ask for the interview and in few cases you will be joining without interview. But again if the person who is taking your interview is confident about client interview then there are chances you might get it. Its little risk situation.
