I am a trained Physical Design Engineer currently looking for a job. Every day, I spend most of my time applying for opportunities, but most companies with vacancies require candidates with prior experience.

This leaves me with one question: How can I gain experience without first getting a job? If getting a job requires experience, where am I supposed to get that experience in the first place?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
