I am working with an African fintech startup. The business has been bootstrapped from inception and is at the following stage of growth: Av. 2000 AMU,1000+ merchants are signed up, 38,000 +users registered, 15,000 + transactions recorded, with a current team of 10 persons, 5 of which are in sales. Anyone have actual intel on how comp (particularly bonus structure) works for mid level hires (vice president, director) into Corporate Functions (for example, legal, executive office, etc.) at BBs?

Public sites like Glassdoor are essentially useless for these roles and WSO seems to focus only on comp for client facing roles like IB, T&S, etc
