I am asking for a 100% hike when interviewing with companies because I have a very less package compared to market value.
It is always evident that my ECTC either falls within their budget range for that grade or even lesser but never crossed the range. But companies say they have only a limit of 20% or 30% etc even when they can meet my ECTC.
How to handle this? Any experiences that you can share?
