Got an offer with IBM at 17lpa fixed. 31st July last working day.
Counsellor promised me Promotion with 2nd rating.
If I leave I miss the bonus.
I am wondering, if EYs promotion will counter the ibm offer or should I quit. Resignation has not been accepted yet.

I just landed a new contract role and wanted to share my salary experience. I was offered a role at $50 / hour and countered for $55/hour. They came back with $57.

$7 jump just like that.

In my heart I wanted to counter with $60 per the 21 cents rule. I think I left money on the table 😪
