I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. Sounds about right and yes, signing bonuses are easy to negotiate. Do try RSUs too
Fwiw, in my experience the total package is usually quite a bit better at Visa than B4 at the levels you are looking at (I come from a B4). Look at 401k and bonuses (Visa has always overfunded bonuses while I've been here; I've always received 1.5-2x target), and once you get ramped up on vesting RSUs it only gets better
I was able to negotiate a sign on bonus and at a director level you might be able to negotiate RSUs as well
I would assume that negotiations are going to be minimal except for any bonus you may owe back to previous employer. Visa is usually not flexible on these. With that being said, can't hurt to try.
Depends on the role but usually visa is tough on negotiations. Can't hurt to try though
