I am fed up with my project literally working 14 hours per day and this is continuously happening for a week in every month. Once in 3 months I am joining new projects in same account and no time for family.
No hike no recognition and torture in name of promotion which never happens or may happen in 2 years.
I joined 3 years back in cts and I want to somehow get out of this org but wanna check how the positions are out there for salesforce developers?

I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.
