Will they make me an offer, if I need to serve full 90 days of notice? I can probably get it down after conversation with manager. 2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

Also want to clarify on offer letter after fix pay.. I am not getting variable pay section.
