I am from Pwc AC BLR. I got promoted from associate to SA in Dec 2023 and got hike of 10% and now I have a good snapshots. So how much can I expect in the coming cycle? Is it worth waiting or should I start looking for better opportunities.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time.
