What are the roles and responsibilities for both of these grades.
Is AVP more of individual developer + team lead
And VP as lead + architect handling multiple teams

Which role should I prioritise as an individual with 11.2 years of experience in java backend with 3 years experience in team handling.
And in terms of wlb or any on-site opportunity which is better.
