I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Thoughts on buying shares (via ESPP) of your company even though the stock has been declining?

Just joined industry. I love the company, so I'm thrilled to be here. ESPP was incredible at a company like Accenture, but with the stock price of my current company, I'm just wondering if I should take advantage. The dividend is nice. So if anything, I could treat is as income producing source, if not so much an investment that grows significantly.
