Write your salary on your hand, and go take a walk around the block.

Salary/Day Rate/Hourly. Whatever. Write the money on your hand and look at it every time you want to quit. It's an ol' freelancer's trick.
This anonymous app is the burn book, you’re here!
Also there may be freelance groups like mt freelance or freelance.la (if you’re in Los Angeles) that put on events from time to time that can help you feel more connected to the freelance community. Establish a network of collaborators who you refer work too when you’re too busy and vice versa
I sensed the “feeling like you’re on an island” feeling as I was entering freelance a year ago so I’ve gone out of my way to build community. I’d suggest assembling a posse of 6 or 8 fellow freelancers and meeting monthly/quarterly. This of course won’t give you some magical black list of shitty agencies but just having a space to vent and get some feeling of coworker camaraderie back (even if artificially constructed) is super valuable as a freelancer
This is why having a local dive bar with a good happy hour is so important. Create your bitch and moan group there. Trust me, they'll listen and have similar stories to share. The theme song to Cheers is spot on
This is the burn book, it’s anonymous, spill the tea here. We need to know who to avoid 👀
