I am in a dilemma.

I resigned from Wipro due to low salary of 20 lpa. I got TCS offer as C3B level of 32 lpa but minthly snd quarterly performance bonuses are of 7 lpa, which is a huge variable pay.
Do you think I should join tcs which is not giving increments and infact cutting salaries.

I have 40 days of NP remaining.

Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
