Had a "haha" moment. I had been dealing with a client for months and they were somewhat satisfied, if a little bit exigent with their demands. My boss told me I was screwing things up, decided to take the partnership upon themselves, and a week after, this client cut ties with us.

How do you answer the reason you're leaving your current role when this is the reason?

My role is supposed to be in marketing. However, the business is doing too well right now that the owners are turning away busines and are not using our CRM fully anymore. I've had to help with HR extensively (so much so that it's almost my entire role now) to help them hire more people to manage the capacity of work coming through. It's a great problem for the company to have, but me not so much.

Tips on how to successfully explain to your bosses that titles are indeed important in your career development?

Sales assistant at a drug/grocery store. The manager thinks my coworker does great work but I've seen her putting out new products without rotating stock (so the oldest food will be sold first) and we are always supposed to check the dates when shelving new things. The problem is, I don't really get along with this coworker and I think it's noticeable to management. If I bring this up with our supervisor, are people going to think that I'm just trying to sabotage my coworker so that I will look better than her?

Trying not to be reactive here until my doctor calls, but… obviously can’t help it. My blood test today (28w) came back with results that are worrying me. My RBC and HCT are low (below the standard range) which would indicate slight anemia, but ferritin came back totally normal. This alone wouldn’t cause me too much concern, except that I have counts for NRBC, which seems like a bigger problem. Has anyone else gone through this?

I’ve been working on a pitch that continues to get delayed and it’s poorly managed. The RFI was due in July. Then days AFTER submission I received an email from the consultant saying we now had until August. End of September rolls around and frankly I had forgotten about this 100-page beast.
