I am in leadership at a small business. We have a team of under 20 people. With the growth we've seen in the last 3-5 years, a need for more cleaning has risen. We aren't 4 people anymore so the office needs cleaned on a weekly basis at minimum.

The owner is against hiring a company to clean the office but hasn't been able to find an individual that he trusts.

I'm looking for advice around how to find the perfect candidate(s). Has anyone else come across this issue?
