I am interviewing at EY Ireland for a Manager role and am keen to know what the salaries are like before negotiation. This is for the business consulting unit.

I was a C at Deloitte UK and was around 55k GBP compensation + bonuses. Want to try and understand if the move would even make sense for me in terms of compensation. Any insights would help.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
