I have a brokerage account with 7k in it, split 70% VOO 30% SCHF. I now have an additional 11k I can add - how should I allocate it? Should I move towards an 80/20 split just in current funds or add things like a growth (VGT) or high dividend ETF (VYM). All of my retirement accounts are already maxed, FWIW and don’t need the $ for any large purchases needed in the near future.

I really want to move out of my parents place for social reasons etc. I still hangout with friends a lot but it’s just a hassle having to drive a hour or so to kick it with them. Question, if you pay off your house isn’t a 100k salary more than enough to sustain a good lifestyle?
