I am joining Natwest on 17th nov as software engineer in python, but until now I haven’t had any interaction with hiring manager. Is it same for others too who gave interview on 20th sep drive in Bengaluru? Also, is it hybrid mode of working for everyone?

I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

Has anybody had success pivoting off the bench into a non-managerial role?
