I am looking for a job. I have received an offer that is low and starts with only 2 weeks PTO (didn’t realize 2 weeks was still a thing). This company wants a response by EOW- ie. Tomorrow. They gave me the offer on Wednesday and said they wanted a response EOW. I countered on Thursday. I am 60 years old. think I’m close to other offers, but I have a bird in hand. How would you handle this?

I have an Interview with Atlassian for a pre sales solutions engineer role in Canada that requires 5-8 YOE . What's the salary range I should be aiming for ?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k.
