Has any of you attended interview with ServiceNow company? I am shortlisted for second round, want to know what to expect in 2nd round and what to prepare.

There’s a practice group that I’ve been trying to find work in but whenever I volunteer to help, I always get roped in to do non billable work. Who are the best production company reps in UK and US ?

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?
