After a discussion with my VP, he will
1. Convert me to a full time employee and absorb me officially into the company,
2. I will enter as backfill to someone else - as Business Process Owner. Predecessor has total of 15+ years exp.
KT has already begun so I already have the role in the bag. But how do I approach the salary discussion considering I am filling a very senior role? Will compensation be matched? Advice please!

Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

I currently work in Private (GA) Aviation & have for some time (about 12 years) I’m currently making the switch to the Department of Aviation and am unsure if I should ditch my current job (in private) and go full force with the DOA & embrace this new opportunity educationally and gather as much experience as I can or keep both jobs even though I’d be working 80hr weeks.. Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. My advice: Concentrate on yourself above anything else, follow orders but also know how those orders affect you, serve your country but never forget you are serving yourself first. The objective is not to die honorably but to survive dutifully. What else would you add?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
