Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

We are giving out $135M in targeted bonuses, which are different from/on top of the standard retention bonuses some people get when they have competing offers. We want to reward loyalty and give something to people who haven’t threatened to leave.

First time I’m learning you reward competing offers. Makes me feel more silly for not spending more time seeing what us out there. Interviewing takes work. I was trying to focus my energy on my current job….
We don’t always — sometimes when people bring a competing offer we wish them luck in their next role.
Focusing your energy on your current role, where you have a network and a clear line of sight to being admitted, both makes more sense and is likely the path with the highest total value if you’re thinking you’d like to be a partner someday.
They are, but it’s called a targeted skills bonus and is paid out 3/31. Hence, a retention bonus
I was just informed by HR that people receiving the bonus will be notified by 11/15. So if you haven’t been told yet, it can still happen.
How big are these bonuses? Seniors can get 5-10k sign-on bonuses with other big 4 in addition to a 30% increase in base
PwC 9: are you a rating 1?
Saddest part I’m hearing is a 3rd year senior will end up making more than a 1st year manager (not counting the mgr milestone bonus)

I have delivered many projects and specialize in implements skills set such as Cloud, Big data, Data Arch & AI. My RL haven’t reached out yet. I am not sure if skill sets is deciding factor or my skills set doesn’t meets the criteria or this depends on what partners thinks. 🙄

There are 40k PwC US employees. If the budget is $135m then we should all get an AVERAGE of $3375.

Is OP a real post or fake? I’m a bit skeptical that bonuses can be discussed here & PWC not face a lawsuit from employees not given bonuses. 🤔
What would we sue for? It's not like they are holding our paycheck. It's a bonus and not everyone gets them. Trust me, I'm not defending because I'm not getting one, but there are no grounds for sue.
they're calling it a "skills" bonus. But everyone is getting one regardless of whether or not you have any skills (except maybe someone who has been at the firm for a year or less).
