IBM Offered 11 fixed +1 variable 12 CTC Total
Mode : hybrid or WFO

I am just confused as per my experience is this Good package what is the actual Market Range How Much Can I negotiate?

And what will be in-hand salary for 11LPA ?

Can Anyone Help me out to understand this

You need to find projects within company by applying to internal job portal, or you need to reach out to different managers , and need to post your cv in slack channels they don’t care if get projects or not you will be automatically tagged into pip after you cross 45 days. So keep in mind everything and then decide.

Am a sys engineer with 2 years of experience from a tier 2 city with 20k as a salary pm, planning to switch and got an offer for Tech Security Analyst in Accenture Bglr location

The offer is around 40k pm. Is it worth it? Or should I look for more opportunities or should I stay in my tier 2 city with maybe if they hike till 25k to 30k pm?
