I am tagged to banglore location but stay in delhi. I try to go to noida office but banglore pass doesn’t work in noida office. My manager is forcing me to go to banglore. I can’t afford to go. What do i do? Any guidance will be appreciated

1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.
