I am thinking to resign from my services i have completed 4.2 yrs in cognizant. Now i am planning to join another company for which I am unsure . Should i resign ? Will i get bonus in mid march ? Can i revoke my resignation later on ?before completion of notice period ? Should I wait for gratuity ? In what time I would be eligible for gratuity?

Would it be terrible of me to quit during my rotation’s busy season? I got put on a mandatory rotation this summer (PwC is big on pulling resources especially now) but I’m really ready to get out. They stress being a “team player” and I have a feeling they will use this against me when I try to quit.
