I am totally fed up with Amgen’s HR process and the way they treat the candidates !
It’s been 3 weeks since I got the call from HR, salary discussions are done and I have accepted their remuneration. But the offer letter is not released yet and the HR don’t pick my call or reply to my mail. They also assured that I can claim the expense that I spent for travelling to Hyderabad for in-person interview. Still now they haven’t processed that too.
Does anyone have experienced the same situation ?

So, I'm sure this has been discussed. What would be a cut off for when to leave without necessarily burning bridges? End of October? End of November?

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it

Gives unrealistic deadlines, has no time for discussion and next day he is up with his nagging behaviour

Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
