Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

I would think any PM job pays more than that
Take a look at about 5-10 different project management job descriptions. See if what you have been doing in your current/past jobs could align with that work title. I’m assuming you are in culinary - I don’t know that industry but I can share the technology stuff I know.
I’m in technology in northern Ohio:
Project coordinator/project administrator usually makes about 45k (entry level)
Project manager 1 usually somewhere around 45k to about 60k (entry level)
Project manager 2 usually somewhere around 60-70k
And onward.
If you have your PMP you can most likely start out around $65k
Try consulting firms - you may have to start at a lower level like Consultant or Senior Consultant depending on your background but if you can get in
C= $80k-100k
SC = $100-150k
Manager = $130-180k
Generally speaking, for a firm like Deloitte, not knowing your experience & background.
