I have offer of 8.5 LPA from mindtree. Another company offered me 11LPA. Will mindtree revise the offer.

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.
