I’m trying to understand how the detailed information collected during the change impact assessment for an ERP implementation is used during later phases in the program. I understand that some of the high-level details are used for comms and training, but having to sit through several design workshops and collecting data at the L3 process level using detailed excel sheets can seem a bit pointless if it’s not being used later. Curious to hear how others are using this data for change management.

I get 3-4 requests a week from mutual contacts asking if I can connect with a former colleague (always broad). Typically the ask is a 30-45 min call.
