Why does fractional real estate have such a bad reputation? For context, have about 2 million saved plus house worth another million. Early 40’s. Generally follow FIRE, but being cooped up for covid has been tough, and wanna buy a fractional out west at Jackson Hole, where I’d love to go skiing every year....so I have something to look forward to.
