I am writing my SHRM-CP in a months time. For the last month now I have been using the online Learning System and have done all the functional area quizzes. Some I have done a few times if I got below 80%. So far I have 70-98% on them. When do you know you have studied enough? Should you get 100% for the quizzes or just keep studying the material before you take the practice exam?

Current student looking for advice. I interned at RBC Wealth Management last summer and currently have 2 offers for summer 2023 that require a decision next week: 1 for BASF (chemical manufacturing) and 1 for Peraton (defense technology); I am also waiting to hear back from SMBC (S&T), Point72, Lord Abbett, Boeing, and Shell. I hope to break into banking next summer, and I’m interested in the Natural Resources, Industrials, and Real Estate industry groups. Any advice on what to do? Thanks!
