I appeared for an interview in Barclays 6 months back on which they did not response. Now i want to apply for other positions but they are not short listing me anyone who has some links to refer me again?

I just left t2 strategy for a boutique firm, and I already regret it. I thought I liked consulting but wanted a different culture, but I realize that I don’t like strategy consulting- the timelines are too stressful and I don’t want to travel anymore.
I’ve only been at this company a month- is it way too early to start applying elsewhere? I feel like I made a mistake and I don’t want to miss out on the “great reshuffling” with all these great opportunities.

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. Omnistudio - may you get built in to Salesforce core. Hate how I have to install a package every release, test it, and when there is a break fix that cycle repeats. This is on top of those freaking data that drives functionalities (omniscripts, flex, IP) are all records and tough to sync to non-full copy.
