I got contacted by a recruiter at Microsoft to interview as a Digital Technical Specialist in Ireland. Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..

It's been just 2 months that I am working as a Manager in my company. But I'm really confused.
I was working vey hard and dedicated for past two years. But instead of giving a good raise, thay gave me a Position. I do really love this position and my work. But because of the poor salary, I don't know how much longer I'll be working here.
