They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?

In all seriousness you’ll probably have to do a hirevue video interview where you record yourself responding to basic questions.
Edit: Let me be helpful for once. Typically recruiting calls you to make sure you’re not mentally unhinged. Proceed to hirevue where you record yourself giving answers and play some fun and interactive games to make you feel better about yourself. Than a phone interview with someone whose position would be a direct report for you should you be hired. After that it’s final calls with recruiting to discuss pay.
Thanks for the elaborate response! Is this process applicable to senior consultant as well? I am not a big fan of hirevue interviews.

Probably not helpful, but this has been my status for about six weeks now.

I have the exact status similar to you OP- been since Sep 16! However, a similar position asked me to do hire vue interview and it was exactly as described above. 2 weeks later I had a panel interview. It is now 3 weeks since that one- and today they asked for more info plus another call tomorrow. Soooo do not give up- the process is lengthy with EY the majority of the time!
On my follow-ups: I sent thank you email to recruiter/panel interviewers next day in first week. I sent follow up questions (3) and one item I forgot to mention in interview exactly one week after interview in 2bd week and 3rd week they replied, asked for more info and then had another call. Was told I should know within a week now or so. Status still shows same as of this morning.
