I’m a hardgainer (most I’ve ever weighed is 118, currently 112), so these may look low to most, but my goals are:
6 mo: gain 5lbs, bench 125, deadlift 205, squat 165
1-2 yrs: gain 15lbs, bench 140, deadlift 225, squat 185
Nice! Mine are below:
Short term: 1,400 pound total across bench, squat, deadlift (currently just above 1,300)
Long term: Squat 550, DL 600, bench 400 while being sub-250 bodyweight
I’m more on the other side of the fitness passion here! I’m hoping to pack on at least 5-10lbs of lean muscle and compete in a physique competition within 2 years.
I’m 24 at ~230 pounds body weight - re-picked up lifting ~8 months ago, so I’ve been on a linear progression model since then. Hoping I can squeeze out another month of weekly progression to put me on a good path to the near term goal.
Putting together a string of your PRs is tough business! Best of luck to you!
OP and M1, these are great goals. I was training to hit my strength ceiling as I turned 30, which I achieved!
Bench Max - 345, and 225 x 17
Deadlift Max - 550
Squat Max - 505
I was 6'0" and 228lbs when I achieved this...The key for me was nutrition and proper supplements...
Of course, now I am married and a dad with a child who is teething so lost most of my gains... But, my 2019 goal is to consistently lift for 3x a week and get back into the 1000 club!
Nice SC1 - do you track your calories / macros? I’m not in the same boat as you, but I found that once I committed to recording food, I had a much easier time getting to my body weight goals
I used to - I think that’s how I managed to get up to 118 before - but I’ve gotten lazy lately. I ought to pick it back up!
Plan to win this next year.

Short term goals are the milestones within training program that keep me tracking towards the points (time, distance, and weight) required to win. Long term is to find the time and enjoy being functionally fit again as part of everyday life. E.x. find leagues to play adult sports in, make the time to get outdoors and compete or take part in the fun events that i let consulting steal from me over time
That’s a nice triple OP, how old are you?
Best I hit back on college was squat 500, bench 375, deadlift 475, clean 315 at 205 body weight. Was Product of playing college football but definitely really close to my ceiling anyways. I am 35 and 190 now so obviously numbers are smaller but training for this D10 things has been fun. Aspirational Goals for that by next August to get it in writing :)
400M @ 54 sec
800M @ 2:20
500M row @ 1:19
40M @ 4.6X sec
20M shuttle @ 4.1 sec
Broad @ 10’
Vert @ 35”
185 bench @ 30 reps
Max pull-ups @ 25 reps
Football throw @ 60 yards
Not super far on any of these individually, hard part which I am working for right now is to string them together over few hour period
