I applied for Salesforce Consultant with 10 year experience. Clear all technical rounds, hiring manager said why you don't applied for Architect, with this much experience you must apply for Architect and reject me.
I told her Architect is not my profile and if you still think take more technical rounds but she reject me. If this was the reason why criteria was define for Consultent and waste everyone time.

Had a heart to heart talk with my director today. Been feeling overwhelmed and burnt out since my last job and trying to onboard into this new job (started 3 mths ago).
