Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

Just came here to offer support OP. I have had burnt out before and I am also vary of managers based on my experience. I had a horrible experience but
I am hoping your manager is genuine and they are able to support you.
Sending you lots of good vibes
Also coming here to offer support! It’s been a tough couple of years with covid and I can only imagine your transition from one job to another without any break in between. Take care of yourself even if it means taking a leave of absence or a couple sick days on top of the strategy that you and your Director discuss.

Here to support the cause. Tbh the covid work environment has been fraught with burnout for a wide variety of reasons. Nothing to feel bad about and any manager with their head on their shoulders vs elsewhere should be sensitive to and genuine when helping people work through this
offering support as well because i was in your exact position not too long ago! if your manager is a good manager, they’ll fully support you and understand. and you’ll learn a level of empathy to carry with you when dealing with your own direct reports who experience similar things.
what’s been important and effective with my manager is providing updates around my progress and how i’m feeling whenever we have our 1:1’s. you’re feeling burned out, so you need to take action/make changes to start feeling differently. keep track of what you’re doing and how you’re feeling so you can share your progress with them. they’ll appreciate it, and you’ll start to feel better just by seeing your progress!

Curious what your manager said and what possible solutions might be? I’m basically in this same situation and it’s so hard constantly
