Correct there is no harm in applying again , just a suggestion, maybe use some of the key words within the description off the job post . I understand your pain since November I have been struggling to get a job 😞 it breaking me.
I agree but they usually add that because they pay per applicant. Maybe show up if it is the type of office where multiple people are working and they seem laid back or call to let them know you’re very excited for the opportunity to work with them and wanted to see if there is anything more you can do or if they would like you to come in for a follow up interview. Sometimes in the office it just gets so busy and you can’t put a face to an applicant. Also the persistence shows you’re serious and willing to show up whenever needed. Going in person is only a good idea if you felt that the environment would make that appropriate. Like my office, it shows a lot when someone makes time to pop in but we also have a very family laid back environment. Persistence shows the employee will be reliable and needs the job. There’s a fine line between persistence and annoyance though 😂 I wish I had a way to help with that. It depends on the business and manager you’re interviewing with.
1st sentence. Valid point! Possible they wouldn't notice, or you then do become memorable. Ull stand out specifically for not following directions though usually following rules doesn't do much but tow the line. That is not energy to set you apart. In addition to this rules breaking perhaps mention something about discipline, ability to create systems that work ( bc this system of applying they think works for them.. ur breaking a rule.. not following system protocol etc YA DIG? FEEL ME?) Perhaps the position or company or location or employees -somwrhing within it's construct could really use an infusion of new energy to grow flourish. 2. If it excites You, You should absolutely follow thru! A indication of your energy around it supporting Your desire!; embody embrac!
The worst they could do is say "no", right?
Reapply anyway

I’m not sure how much I’d want to reapply if it said that. I think k you may run the risk of them rejecting your job application right away. If they didn’t consider you for the position before, chances are they won’t the second time around. Just as everyone else said, doesn’t hurt to try. But the suggestion is more so what I would do
The worst they can do is say no! Go for it I’d say
