Then realised it was a lie from manager. Now out of frustration stopped working. 15 days left. Can the manager do anything against NP employee if they stop working?

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Looking to move from enterprise SDR to AM/AE externally. Current comp is $50k base,$70k ote but actually hitting 90-95k. Every AE role I see pays 50k/50k(including my company).
