I aspire for leadership and management roles , but keep hesitating due to all time increasing hustle , unrealistic availability demands, looking for some ground reality and what to expect , and how much financial gains changes from a senior technical role to a technical leader or manager or product manager roles ! How does the work life balance changes. What are the sacrifices I should be ready to make for these positional or financial gains ..is it worth it if you are a parent !
