1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account

I’ve heard that recruiters prefer one page resumes over two page, but how do you fit everything on one page if you have over 10 years experience and worked at more than a handful of companies? I’ve seen people squeeze things into one page with 10pt font and barely any blank space..is that preferred over two pages?! Lol

Was laid off mid job search. Do I disclose it when HR screenings have already taken place? I was looking for a new position bc we were acquired and I didn’t like what I saw from new company.
