I attended the interview last week and PDM , bio metrics every process was completed, during the time of interview they told it was for Mumbai location.Still I didn't receive offer letter, Is there any chance of getting South Indian location.Do I need to talk to my recruiter before releasing the offer or ?

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
