I attended two rounds of Wipro interview and there was no feedback after that.After 10 days HR contacted me and told they are waiting for client to sign the contract and they can roll out the offer around September 15 while my LWD in current company is on October 2 nd week..Is this normal in Wipro?In Wipro
100% sure they are looking for someone with the same skill set as yours at lower ctc and keeping you as a backup. In case they dont find a better option they will roll the offer letter out.
Even I attended an interview in tech mahindra. I cleared the technical interview and they asked us to wait for the HR round. But after somedays they didn't respond at all. Later I came to know that the recuritment is on hold. My advice is better not to wait for them and seek for other oppurtunities as well..
Try to get an offer letter before lwd or have another offer in hand just to secure
It doesn't matter whether this is normal in Wipro. You're asking the wrong question. What you should look out for is what it means to you. Under the "leadership" of the nepokid, Wipro has become a highly unethical company. So don't trust them and keep looking for other opportunities.
Please don't trust and even don't join if they offer you as well, they may not give you joining after offer rolled off. Better try other good company.
Wipro has a job security issue
Same happened with me, I attended 2 technical and 1 HR interview and after that HR never came back. Even after my repeated mails I got no feedback.
Currently I'm attending wipro interview, I have completed 2 technical interview from wipro and one client interview, which was for one hour, now again they scheduled 1 hour technical interview with client, 2nd client technical interview, why these people are conducting 4 technical interviews, there should be limit, same happened with LTM, I have cleared first client interview and they did second client round and I was rejected. Don't know is these people conducting interviews to select or reject people.
After 2 tech rounds taken by wipro and then 2 tech rounds by client, one HR round and shared all the documents last week, my LWD was 29th April, and I told them I can join on 12th May, so they haven't released offer and yesterday they sent email for another round of interview, and continuously calling me, I am tired of wipros interviews, I have mailed them that I have accepted offer from other company, I think these people don't know what they are doing. I suggest you guys not to give interviews in wipro.
