I am currently working at Meta as a Recruiting Coordinator under contract. That contract will soon come to term in July. There hasn’t been any talks about extending my contract, so I am getting very nervous about potentially being out of work in July. I am a first gen corporate worker, and I have about 5 years of experience in recruitment. I am an architect from Kolkata. B Arch completed in 2019. Working as an junior architect ever since. Looking for more opportunities for growth.
Skills include - Designing, All plans for sanctions, site handling.
Proficient in Softwares - AutoCad, Sketup, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, lumion.

I have been trying to get a job since 2021.went on maternity in 2020....was doing freelance meanwhile.
Now it's soo tough to get a job...i have been applying endlessly..people call take details and not get back.
Companies take round of interview .ask for pay slips ..bank statements and then stop picking calls..dnt reply to messages..
I dropped emails complaining the same..
.but again no reply ..god knows what is wrong with this field of architecture ..neither they wanna pay and not revert back
